Anne had a
long career as a Casting Director of feature films, major
Canadian and American television series and MOWs, before
moving into producing:
She cast the award-winning feature film MARGARET'S MUSEUM
starring Helena Bonham Carter, THE UNSAID with Andy
Garcia, SCANNERS II, SCREAMERS
and THE ASSIGNMENT (Ben Kingsley, Donald
Sutherland, Aidan Quinn) directed by Christian Duguay, plus TV
movies for ABC, NBC, HBO, and Fox. She was Canadian casting
director for Barry Levinson’s AVALON, POLICE ACADEMY 4, DEATH
WISH 5, and Francis Ford Coppola’s THE SECRET GARDEN. |

all seven seasons of the award-winning ROAD TO AVONLEA
(Disney Channel & CBC) plus ANNE OF GREEN GABLES II (PBS,CBC),
READY OR NOT (Showtime, Global), GOOSEBUMPS (Fox, YTV),

| She is the
only casting director ever hired by the Stratford Festival,
has won two Anik awards and was nominated for an Emmy. |

As a theatre
producer, Anne co-helmed the production of YEATS IN LOVE in
Toronto and on tour, and produced the television version of
YEATS IN LOVE for the
University of Toronto's educational TV. |

Anne is
also a broadcaster - she hosted her own daily CBC radio
program, and a
weekly public affairs television series
SOME OF THE PEOPLE. |

| In 2000 she founded
ANNE TAIT PRODUCTIONS to develop and produce quality feature
films and dramatic television. She has three projects in
development. |
